Jefferson plans circus trip

OAK RIDGE — Children of all ages are invited to join the Jefferson Township Recreation Department for a bus trip to the Ringling Bros. and Barnum & Bailey’s Circus’ Out of This World show, an unimaginable family fun experience.
It's at The Prudential Center in Newark on Saturday, March 11, 2017, for the 11 a.m. performance.
Prepare to blast off on a cosmic family adventure unlike any other. Join the Circus Space Fleet on a heroic quest of good versus evil in a journey so thrilling it could only be brought to you by Ringling Bros. and Barnum & Bailey.
Did you know that the Ringling Bros. circus is closing down after more than 100 years in operation, according to the owner Feld Entertainment, which has owned the circus for the last 50 years? Final performances take place now only through May.
A deluxe motor coach bus will leave the Jefferson Township Municipal Building parking lot, 1033 Weldon Road, Lake Hopatcong, NJ at 9 a.m. sharp on March 11 and depart from The Prudential Center promptly at 1:15 p.m. (immediately after the show). A responsible adult must accompany children under the age of 18, and there are no refunds unless your ticket can be resold.
Your ticket includes free admission to the All-Access Preshow at 10 a.m., where all ticket holders can experience The Greatest Show on Earth up close in ways you never could before.
Tickets are $39 per person and include reserved seats (Section 103, Rows 1 to 4) at the Prudential Center, round-trip motor coach transportation, and driver gratuity.
The Jefferson Township Recreation Department is now exclusively using an online registration system through Community Pass. Log on to https://register.communitypass.net/reg/index.cfm, the community/organization is Jefferson Township, and if you already have a Community Pass account, enter your log in and password, choose the activity Circus Bus Trip from the Winter/Spring 2017 season choices. If you forgot your log in or password, the system will allow you to recover your log in using your email address and reset your password or call the Recreation Department for a temporary password.
If you need to set up a Community Pass account, follow the prompts to set up a personal family account in your name. You will automatically receive an email confirmation after you register and make your payment.
If you experience difficulty in setting up an account online, you can log on to www.jeffersontownship.net , click on the “Form Center” link on the left side of the home page, and scroll down to the Recreation Department to find “Community Pass Online Registration Instructions” with step-by-step directions for Community Pass. The Jefferson Township Recreation Department is no longer accepting paper registration forms so you will be using your personal Community Pass account to register yourself and family members for all Jefferson Recreation Department activities including but not limited to adult exercise classes, Karate, Jefferson Striders (track & cross-country), Bowling, Mt. Creek Ski Club busing, and bus trips, as well as the 2017 Camp Jefferson Summer Day Camp and the 2017-18 Teen Scene program, so remember your log in and password.
