Golden Age Club seeking members

OAK RIDGE — The Golden Age Club of Milton is a very active club for anyone residing in Jefferson Township over the age of 55.
Meetings are held every other Monday at the Senior Center on Schoolhouse Road in Milton.
Bingo is a very popular activity starting at 12:30 p.m. and meetings begin at 1:30 p.m. The meeting has had many interesting and informative speakers at various meetings with topics such as
financial and legal issues, current affairs, and maintaining health in the senior years.
The Golden Age Club committee members plan exciting day trips such as the Culinary Institute in Hyde Park, lunch with entertainment and dancing, plays with lunch such as Saturday Night Fever in November and its annual Octoberfest trip. All of these activities culminate with a Christmas Banquet at a local restaurant.
An extension to the Golden Age Club is the Milton Travelers.
