James Robert Smith

James Robert Smith, 37 years old, was called to Heaven on Monday, January 23, 2017. He is now in the loving arms of his father, Leo Smith, Jr. who passed in 2003.
James attended Sussex County Vo-Tech. All his career he was an Auto Body Painter for many shops in Sussex, Morris and Essex counties. James was a kind, loving man with a heart of gold. Always willing to help others in need even when he didn’t have much himself. Touching the heart of many people, James will truly be missed.
James is predeceased by his father, Leo Smith, Jr.(2003), his grandparents, Leo Smith, Sr. and his wife, Pearl and Lawrence Hill, Sr. and his wife, Elsie. James is the loving son of Barbara A. Smith of Franklin, NJ. Dear brother of Barbara-Lee Smith of Dover, N,J., Leo Smith, III of Clifton, N.J., and William Brunell and his wife, Lisa of Highland Lakes, N.J. Also survived by many Aunts, Uncles, Nieces, Nephews, Cousins and friends.
Private cremation services by F. John Ramsey Funeral Home, One Main Street, Franklin, NJ. Memorial service and then burial of cremains at North Hardyston Cemetery, Hardyston Twp., N.J., to be scheduled for a later date.
