    Jan. 4Mario Giorgi, 51, of Kintersville, Pa., pleaded guilty to burglary, a third-degree crime, theft, a third-degree crime, and criminal mischief, a fourth-degree crime.
    Sentencing is scheduled for March 23.
    In pleading guilty, the defendant admitted that on Feb. 17, 2013, he entered the Lafayette Mills Antique Center, stole various antique items, and caused damage to the property while doing so.
    The case was investigated by DSG Shane Krisanda of the New Jersey state police.
    Jan. 6Matthew Fletcher, 25, of Newton was sentenced to three (3) years of probation. Fletcher was also ordered to pay mandatory fines and fees.
    Fletcher pleaded guilty on Nov. 15, 2016, to one count of Throwing Bodily Fluid at a law enforcement officer, a fourth-degree offense and one count of Simple Assault, a disorderly persons offense.
    On Aug. 4, 2016, Fletcher was arrested following a domestic dispute.
    Henry Henderson, 23, of Lafayette pleaded guilty to possession of a controlled dangerous subsgance, a third-degree cirme.
    Sentencing is scheduled for Feb. 24.
    In pleading guilty, the defendant admitted to being in possession of 17 folds of heroin on Nov. 18, 2016, in Lafayette Township.
    John Yorke, 49, of Wantage was sentenced to five years probation with the conditions that he obtain a GED, have no unsupervised contact with minors, undergo a psychiatric evaluation, have no Internet usage except for employment, and release all computer passwords to probation. He also was ordered to pay mandatory fines and fees totaling $905.
    He pleaded guilty on Nov. 16, 2016, to one count of Endangering the Welfare of Children by possessing an item depicting the sexual exploitation or abuse of a child, a third-degree crime.
    Jan. 10Nicholas DeGroat, 37, of Franklin pleaded guilty to conspiracy to commit shoplifting, a crime of the third degree.
    Sentencing is scheduled for Feb. 24.
    The defendant admitted that in January of 2016 he conspired with a co-defendant to shoplift over $1,400 worth of merchandise at the Franklin Weis Supermarket, including over-the-counter pharmacy items.
