The New Year has come, kids are back to school and families are easing back into their routines.
Just when things seem to be settling down another holiday is upon us. Martin Luther King Day will be celebrated on Jan. 16 this year and most schools will be closed. K.E.E.P. Executive Director Christine Milligan reminds parents that K.E.E.P. will be offering Holiday Care at the 11 Park Lake Rd. Sparta location on that day.
“Holiday Care is a very popular program for working parents who may not have the day off," Milligan said. "We have included ten Holiday Care days with our PM five day per week programs but it is available to others for a fee of $35 per child per day. K.E.E.P. registration is required (if not already enrolled in a K.E.E.P. program) and reservations, for staffing purposes, are necessary. The kids have a great time and many renew friendships made at our Summer Program or make new friends.”
Holiday Care hours are 7 a.m. to 6 p.m. Morning and afternoon snack and drink are provided. Children must bring their lunch and a drink. K.E.E.P. is peanut and nut product free so no food containing nut products are allowed.
