The Governor's book deal should have been DOA

Gov. Chris Christie is at 18 percent in poll numbers on his effectiveness, which is a sorry tale of blunder and shenanigans! Yet, as this is written, he has engaged the Democratic leadership in both the State Senate and the Assembly with his two bills to get a book deal. Strangely, I do not know of anyone that would read such pap, but he will get his deal at the expense of the citizens of this state.
The State Legislature has been considering two backroom deals that would give that book deal, a silver platter ride! Our Governor has been offering Democrats salary raises for legislative staff members, and who knows the other particulars, as this rolls quickly beneath the public scrutiny! This is a governor, who spent much of his time out-of-state running for President, and who shorted citizens out-of-a deal with Exxon, and shorted workers on deals for pension funding, and remember Bridgegate!
I agree with Gubernatorial Candidate Jim Johnson, who blamed the leadership on both sides of the aisle for joining the Governor's newest escapade! Johnson has noted "that while New Jersey's middle class erodes beyond recognition and poverty soars, Governor Christie and Trenton politicians do nothing, but when it comes to fattening wallets, they come together and move at lighting speed!" In other words more classical, as Christie and the legislative leadership fiddle, the state burns in fiscal shenanigans.
