    Dec. 5Jennifer Space, 32, of Wantage pleaded guilty to third-degree crime of possession of a controlled dangerous substance.
    Sentencing is scheduled for Jan. 20, 2017.
    She admitted to selling heroin to an individual cooperating with the Sussex County Gangs, Guns and Narcotics Task Force on Aug. 24 in Sussex Borough.
    Dec. 8Krystal Rossi, 29, of Newton pleaded guilty to shoplifting, a fourth-degree crime.
    Sentencing is scheduled for Jan. 13.
    In pleading guilty, the defendant admitted that she took items from the Walmart in Hampton without paying for them on 10 different occasions.
    The case was investigated by Trooper D. Perdomo of the New Jersey State Police.
    Dec. 9Stuart Johnson, 48, of Parsippany, was sentenced to 904 days in the Keogh Dwyer Correctional Facility with credit for 271 days already served and a 10-year loss of his driver’s license to run consecutively with current suspension. He must also submit a DNA sample, complete IDRC and pay $3,572 in fines and fees.
    He pleaded guilty on Dec. 22, 2015, and Oct. 31, 2016, to operating a motor vehicle during a second or subsequent license suspension for driving while intoxicated, a crime of the fourth degree and Driving While Intoxicated.
    In April of 2014, during a motor vehicle stop, the defendant was found to be intoxicated and driving while suspended by Byram police. In September of 2014 the defendant was involved in a motorcycle accident and was found to be intoxicated at that time by Sparta Police and riding while his license was suspended. In January of 2016 Sparta Police responded to a call for a motorcycle down, the defendant was the rider and had been riding the motorcycle while intoxicated. He was again found to have been riding while his license was suspended for multiple DWI charges.
    Steven Hill, 66, of newton was sentenced to one year of probation. He also was ordered to pay mandatory fines and fees.
    Hill pleaded guilty on Nov. 14 to one count of possession of a controlled dangerous substance, a third-degree crime.
    On Sept. 15, 2015, Hill was arrested for possession and distribution of a controlled dangerous substance.
    Philip Rossin, 22, of Sparta was sentenced to two years of probation. Rossin also was ordered to pay mandatory fines and fees and to complete 150 hours of community service.

    Rossin pleaded guilty on Oct. 31, 2016, to attempted criminal trespass, a fourth-degree crime.
    On Sept. 26, Rossin was arrested after attempting to enter a Green Township home.
    Peter Fink, 18, of Sussex was sentenced to three years of probation. Fink also was ordered to pay mandatory fines and fees.
    Fink pleaded guilty on Oct. 31 to conspiracy and burglary, both third-degree crimes.
    On June 30, 2016, Fink was arrested for conspiring and agreeing to participate and actually committing burglaries in three Sussex Borough businesses.
    John Colgate, 35, of Stanhope was sentenced to one year of probation and received a jail credit of one day. He was ordered to pay fines and fees totaling $693 and his driver license was suspended for one day.
    He pleaded guilty on Oct. 19, to possession of a prohibited Weapon, a fourth-degree crime, and driving while suspended, a motor vehicle offense.
    The defendant was in possession of a taser and drove while his license was suspended on April 6 in Hopatcong.
    Christopher Pask, 29, of Newton was sentenced to two years of probation. Pask also was ordered to pay mandatory fines and fees and complete domestic violence counseling.
    Pask pled guilty on October 31, 2016 to one count of Contempt, a fourth-degree offense and one count of simple assault, a disorderly persons offense.
    On Sept. 2, Pask was arrested after he violated a domestic violence final restraining order.
    Dec. 12Todd Weiss, 37, of Newton pleaded guilty to the third-degree crime of distribution of a controlled dangerous subsstance.
    Sentencing is scheduled for Jan. 27.
