    Lula A. Bodnar, 99, died Tuesday, Nov. 29, 2016, at The Homestead Rehabilitation and Health Care Center in Frankford. Mrs. Bodnar, daughter of the late Herman and May (Sammon) Sharpe was born in Quebec, Canada, Jan. 16, 1917, and has resided in Franklin for most of her life.
    Mrs. Bodnar was a former housekeeper in Paterson and retired from Plastoid Corp. in Hamburg in the early 1970s after 30 years of employment.
    Mrs. Bodnar was predeceased by her first husband Joseph Ford Paddock in 1947 and her second husband John Bodnar in 1989. She was also predeceased by several brothers and sisters. Mrs. Bodnar is survived by her son, Robert Paddock and his wife, Mabel, of Hamburg; sister, Jannive Stanley of Asheville, NC; grandson, Robert Paddock Jr. and his wife, Jill, of Hamburg; great-grandson, Robert Paddock III of North Brunswick as well as many nieces and nephews.
    Visitation will be held at F. John Ramsey Funeral Home One Main St. Franklin on Thursday December 1, 2016 from 2-4 and 7-9 p.m. Private cremation will follow.
