    Mildred F. Dubiel, 92 died Thursday, Nov. 3, 2016, at Westwind Manor in Franklin. Mrs. Dubiel, daughter of the late Harry and Carrie (Roof) Brooks was born in Newton on Jan. 15, 1924. She had resided in Hardyston Twp. for many years, moving to Hamburg in 2000. Mrs. Dubiel has resided at Westwind Manor for the last 2 years.
    Mrs. Dubiel worked at Curtiss-Wright in Paterson during WWII and later retired from Selective Insurance Co. in Branchville where she was a clerk. She was a member of Church of The Good Shephard in Wantage, Hardyston Twp. Senior Citizens where she had been honored with Senior Citizen of the Year and the Polish Falcons. Mrs. Dubiel truly loved and enjoyed travelling.
    She was predeceased by her husband Walter Dubiel and brothers & sisters, George, William, Dorothy, Marion, Adelaide and Harry. Mrs. Dubiel is survived by her children; Walter Dubiel & his wife Patricia of Mooresville, N.C., Sharon Hild & her husband William of Edgewater, Fla., Eileen Leykamm and her husband, Fred, of Ormond Beach, Fla., Thomas Dubiel of Honesdale, Pa., and Janet Barr and her husband, Dan, of Hamburg; sisters, Alice Harris of Newton and Elsie Reed of Edmond, WA, 9 grandchildren, 10 great grandchildren and many nieces & nephews.
    Funeral services will were held Tuesday, Nov. 8, 2016 at 11 a.m. at Church of The Good Shephard 200 Rt. 23 Wantage, NJ 07461. Interment followed at North Hardyston Cemetery. Friends called at F. John Ramsey Funeral Home, 1 Main St. Franklin on Monday from 2-4 & 7-9 p.m. In lieu of flowers memorial donations may be made to Church of The Good Shephard 200 Rt. 23 Wantage, NJ 07461.
