Watercolors demonstration planned in Newton

Award winning artist Wendy Stamer will be demonstrating her watercolor techniques at the Sussex County Arts and Heritage Council, located at 133 Spring Street, on Wednesday, Oct. 26, from 6-8 p.m.
Stamer, who has won awards in both New York and New Jersey, is best known for her beautiful depictions of nature, landscapes, historic buildings and wildlife. She works in many mediums including, but not limited to oil, watercolor and pastels.
In her demonstration at the Sussex County Arts and Heritage Council, Stamer will show her artistic techniques and creativity. Every painting that Stamer does is with love, because she is passionate about preserving the beauty of the farmland and natural areas of Sussex County.
