RoNetco Supermarkets names new general manager

Ledgewood — Dominick J. and David P. Romano, owners of RoNetco Supermarkets, Inc., have announced the promotion of Hank Ramberger to the position of Vice President/General Manager.
RoNetco operates seven ShopRite stores in Sussex, Morris, and Warren counties.
Ramberger joined RoNetco in January 2008. He has accumulated 49 years of retail experience, starting as a part-time associate and moving up through the ranks in the industry. He has been an assistant store manager, store manager, produce merchandiser, and district manager at various retailers prior to joining RoNetco.
Ramberger’s responsibilities will continue to include overseeing all seven of RoNetco’s Supermarket locations and the coordination of store activities with operational supervisors, merchandisers, and store management teams. His priorities will continue to be driving top line sales, controlling expenses, identifying talent for future growth, driving bottom line profitability, and delivering an excellent customer experience.
Ramberger resides in Andover Township with his wife, Ginnie.
