LAFAYETTE — 1st Annual Expo to embrace balance and wellness in your life on Nov. 5 at Unity of Sussex County, 25 Mudcut Road.
The expo will be provide a variety of venues dedicated to well-being. Vendors, practitioners, teachers and experts will be on hand to guide participants through a variety of ways to develop practices and make lifestyle choices to your wellness needs.
