Working for Mountain Creek Resort, Sandro Terrana of Wayne worked as one of several grill masters last weekend when over 16,000 fans attended the annual Oktoberfest celebration.
The always-popular Sumo wrestling ring helped to keep the crowds entertained.
Two Bavarian-style go-go dancers kept the crowd in high spirits.
Vernon Township High School Music Director Max Taylor volunteered for the dunk tank in front of the Red Tail Lodge.

VERNON — Last weekend’s perfect weather greeted over sixteen thousand visitors at the 31st annual Oktoberfest held at Mountain Creek Resort.
Music, dancing and a smorgasbord of food and beers were available, as was a petting zoo and a wide variety of rides and attractions for the children as well as for the adults.
According to Kara Chase, the resort’s new Community Manager, “We did over 16,000 people for the weekend.”
The total for Saturday was a whopping 10,152 with the balance attending on Sunday.
