    Sept. 2

    Richard Decker, 58, of Sparta was sentenced to a year of probation, 180 days in the Keogh-Dwyer Correctional Facility and $155 in fines and fees.
    He pled guilty on June 27, 2016, to fourth-degree Driving While Suspended for a second or subsequent DWI.
    The defendant was involved in a motor vehicle accident in Hopatcong in January and had been driving while his license was suspended for a second or subsequent DWI.

    Sept. 6

    Jennifer Nicholson, 28, of Hopatcong pleaded guilty to third-degree Fraudulent Use of a Credit Card.
    Sentencing is presently scheduled for Oct. 14, 2016.
    The defendant admitted to using a stolen credit card between May 24 and June 1, 2014, to obtain goods and services at multiple businesses in Morris and Sussex counties.

    Sept. 8

    Amanda Knight, 29, of Franklin pleaded guilty to the third-degree crime of distribution of a controlled dangerous substance and child abuse-Title 9.
    Sentencing is presently anticipated for Sept. 30, 2016.
    She admitted to selling heroin on Nov. 17, 2015, in the Borough of Franklin, to an individual cooperating with the Sussex County Guns, Gangs and Narcotics Task Force while her child was present in the vehicle.
