    James Sweller, 40, of Newton was indicted on one cart of defrauding a drug test, a third-degree crime, and one count of possession of a device to defraud a urine screen, a fourth-degree crime.
    The case was presented to the Grand Jury by Assistant Prosecutor Laura L. Nazzaro.
    Arraignment before the Superior Court in Newton will be within the next several weeks.
    Clifford Clark, 40, of Hamburg was indicted on one count of burglary, a third-degree crime, one count of criminal trespassing, a third-degree crime, one count of obstruction, a fourth-degree crime, and one count of driving with a suspended license, a fourth-degree crime.
    The case was presented to the Grand Jury by Assistant Prosecutor Laura L. Nazzaro. Arraignment before the Superior Court in Newton will be within the next several weeks.

    Aug. 18

    Tina Diakos and Ozkan Cengiz, 39, both of Butler, were indicted on one count of second-degree conspiracy to commit arson.
    Diakos was indicted on three counts of second-degree arson and, one count of second-degree insurance fraud, one count of third-degree criminal mischief, and one count of second-degree witness tampering.
    The indictment alleges that Diakos purposely started a fire and destroyed the building known as The Jerzeez Diner, located at 2 Andrea Drive, Vernon, New Jersey to collect insurance money. The indictment also alleges her boyfriend, Cengiz, conspired with her to do so.
    On Friday, Aug. 19, Cengiz was located at his place of employment by members of the Sussex County Prosecutor’s Office and the Vernon Police Department and arrested. He was lodged at the Keogh-Dwyer Correctional Facility in lieu of $65,000 bail with no 10 percent option.
