    Steven Santos, 38, of Andover was indicted on one charge of making terroristic threats, a third-degree crime.
    The case was presented to the Grand Jury by Assistant Prosecutor Laura L. Nazzaro. Arraignment before the Superior Court in Newton will be within the next several weeks.
    Robert Judd, 28, of Stockholm was indicted on one charge of endangering the welfare of a child, a third-degree crime.

    Eric Schnitzler, 48, of Hopatcong was indicted on one charge of endangering the welfare of a child, a third-degree crime.

    Shane Clancy, 22, of Vernon was sentenced to three years of probation with 25 days' time served.
    He was ordered to pay $310 in fines and penalties and submit a DNA sample at his own expense.
    He pleaded guilty on March 21 to the third-degree crimes of fraudulent use of a credit card and uttering a forged instrument.
    The defendant used a stolen ATM card on May 30, 2015, to attempt to make purchases at Vernon A&P, Vernon Liberty Gas Station, Vernon Pizza Station, and Serenity Smoke Shop in Butler. On June 9, 2015, at the Lakeland Bank in Vernon, he attempted to cash a check knowing that the signature of the account holder on the check was a forgery.
