Area attorney named to Who's Who

MCAFEE — Richard Fogel has been included in Marquis Who's Who.
As in all Marquis Who's Who biographical volumes, individuals profiled are selected on the basis of current reference value. Factors such as position, noteworthy accomplishments, visibility, and
prominence in a field are all taken into account during the selection process.
Fogel has met with tremendous success over the course of his 40-year career working as an attorney handling individual and corporate bankruptcy, Internal Revenue Service and State tax problems, commercial and residential real estate, wills, trusts and estate planning, and corporate matters. Due to his tenacious work ethic, he has built a reputation for success for individuals and companies seeking his various legal services throughout the State of New Jersey.
In fact, while employed, Mr. Fogel was honored by the Internal Revenue Service for his accomplishments and tireless work in the field. He began his IRS career as a tax law specialist in Newark in the mid 1970's and progressed into the role of senior pension consultant and attorney for New York Life Insurance Company, for which company he lectured country-wide.
Fogel is admitted to practice law in the courts of the states of New Jersey and New York, as well as the United States Tax Court. He earned a Juris Doctor degree from New York Law School, following earning a Bachelor of Arts Degree from York College, CUNY, in 1971. In 1992, he was honored by York College and received the First Distinguished Graduate Award. Prior thereto, he was also recognized by the York College Alumni Association and received the Joyce Brodwin Award for excellence in service to the college and
community. Periodically, Mr. Fogel is asked to lecture before the Institute for Continuing Legal Education. Mr. Fogel has also presented a paper at the International Society for Systems Sciences in Portland, Oregon in July 1990, which paper was published in its Proceedings.
In the future, and as an attorney motivated to inspire others, Mr. Fogel intends to continue offering his expert services.
