Library plans Victorian event

OAK RIDGE — It's been 200 years since Charlotte Bronte was born, and her novel remains one of the most beloved classics of English Literature. Escape into Jane's world on Saturday, July 30, at a Jefferson Township Library event featuring two screen adaptations of Jane Eyre, lunch, and discussion.
The schedule is: 11 a.m. — Jane Eyre (1996) starring Charlotte Gainsbourg and William Hurt; 12:45 p.m. — A Victorian-themed lunch (provided by the library); 1:30 p.m. — Jane Eyre (2011) starring Mia Wasikowoska and Michael Fassbender; 3:30 p.m. — Discussion.
