Girl Scouts visit State Bar Association

ATLANTIC CITY — Wallkill Valley Girl Scout Troup 897 were invited to attend the NJ State Bar Association Annual Meeting and Convention on May 18 at the Borgata Hotel, Spa & Resort in Atlantic City, by President Thomas Prol, Esq. of Franklin.
Tom chose to focus the meeting programming on the ERA and women’s equality with a keynote by Lt. Governor Kim Guadagno. Troop 897 were able to have an impromptu meeting with the Lt. Governor courtesy of Tom.
This is a great experience for the scouts.
