County government in chaos

The administration of Sussex County government is in a state of chaos.
I put most of the blame for this chaos on the political leadership style of Freeholder Director George Graham.
Freeholder Graham has ignored his oath of office by constantly violating the statutes and codes of the State of New Jersey and Sussex County in total disregard of the law.
Freeholder Graham recently negotiated a $500,000 contract with two phone calls, totally ignoring the administrative code and county purchasing procedures; he makes important decisions and appointments with total disregard of the Statutes and codes; and he interferes with day to day administration of county government.
Freeholder Director Graham is the subject of several serious investigations, which I believe should be brought to the attention of the County voters: an investigation for violation of Election Board Law, including a fraudulent document; and an investigation for releasing confidential information; and more.
While Sussex County suffers from a list of demographic issues that are devastating the economy and life style of our residents, Freeholder Graham dismisses these problems by stating that it's not all that bad and the problems will eventually go away.
We need a change to principled leadership on the Sussex County Freeholder Board. We need to elect ethical individuals that will solve our problems with true conservative solutions and bring economic relief to our County residents.
I have called several State agencies and asked about the penalties for violating State statutes and codes. I was told by all of them that there are no consequences unless there is an illegal exchange of funds. If you call them, they will tell you that if you want ethical government it is your responsibility to elect ethical officials to office.
That is why I am supporting Conservative Republicans David Gray and Kathy Gorman for Freeholder.
