Legion post plans Memorial Day parades

FRANKLIN — Franklin’s American Legion Post 132 will host Memorial Day parades and conduct services on Monday May 30th as follows.
Ogdensburg parade steps off from the firehouse at 8 a.m. proceeding to St Thomas cemetery for a memorial service.
Franklin parade steps off from the Legion post behind ShopRite plaza at 10:30 a.m. proceeding on Rutherford Ave, to Main Street and the memorial across from the Borough Hall where a service will be held. All veterans are invited to join in the parades.
Cemetery memorial services will be held at: St. Thomas, Ogdensburg 8:15 AM; Immaculate Conception, Franklin 8:45 a.m.; North Church Cemetery, Rt 94 Hardyston, 9:15 a.m.
