    Terrance Cyler, 33, of Passaic, was sentenced to 364 days in jail, 180 days mandatory.
    He pleaded guilty on Sept. 14, 2015, to driving while suspended for a second or subsequent driving while intoxicated, a fourth-degree crime.

    Bradley VanDunk, 32, of Oak Ridge was sentenced to two years of probation with credit for 27 days of time served. He was ordered to make restitution, cooperate in the prosecution of co-defendants, obtain his GED, submit a DNA sample at his own expense, and pay fines and fees totaling $155.
    He pleaded guilty on March 9 to theft of lost property, a third-degree crime.
    On Nov. 5, 2014, the defendant and several co-defendants came into possession of a safe owned by another and then opened it and shared the money found inside.
    Joseph Carloni, 42, of Highland Lakes was sentenced to four years of probation and 120 days in the Keogh-Dwyer Correctional Facility. The defendant was ordered to complete an anger management program, have no contact with the victim, make restitution and write a letter of apology through probation within 180 days. He must pay fines and fees of $2,710 and submit a DNA sample at his own expense.
    He pleaded guilty on March 14, to aggravated assault, a third-degree crime.
    The defendant physically assaulted and caused injury to an individual on Nov. 7, 2015, in Hardyston.
    William Devore, 27, of Franklin, was sentenced to 5 years of probation. He may request early termination after three and one-half years. He was ordered to attend three AA meetings per week, to submit to a private substance abuse evaluation at the discretion of probation, and to pay fines and fees totaling of $155.
    He pleaded guilty on Oct. 16, 2015, to forgery, a third-degree crime.
    On Sept. 24, 2015, he cashed a check knowing that the signature of the account holder on the check was a forgery.
    Robert Huffert, 21, of Succasunna was sentenced to two years of probation with 180 days in the Keogh-Dwyer Correctional Facility suspended. He also must continue counseling.
    Lisa Ingerto, age 35, of Hackettstown, were sentenced to three years probation with 364 days in the Keogh-Dwyer Correctional Facility suspended. She must also submit to a TASC evaluation and follow all recommendations. Both defendants must pay a total of $8,543 to their victims, joint and several, and pay court fines and fees.
    Huffert pleaded guilty on Jan. 1, 2016, to conspiracy to commit theft and receiving stolen property, both crimes of the third degree. Ingerto pleaded guilty on Jan. 1, 2016, to burglary and theft, both crimes of the third degree.
    The defendants were involved in two home burglaries. Huffert drove Ingerto to a friend’s home in Fredon where she entered the home taking various items including jewelry and baseball cards, which they then sold for cash. They also entered an Ogdensburg home taking various items including coins, jewelry, pills and other items and then pawned these items too.
    Jason Heafy, 29, of Belvidere, was sentenced to five years of probation, with credit for 296 days’ time served. Heafy was ordered to comply with the recommendations of his substance abuse evaluation and his driver’s license was ordered suspended for one year. He was ordered to pay mandatory fines and fees.
    He pleaded guilty on March 14 to two counts of possession of a controlled dangerous substance, third-degree crimes; hindering apprehension, a fourth-degree crime; joyriding, a fourth-degree crime; and the motor vehicle offense of No Insurance Coverage.
    On April 4, 2015, Heafy was involved in a motor vehicle accident. Heafy admitted being in possession of heroin and discarding same prior to the arrival of police at the scene of the accident. Heafy also admitted to taking his father’s vehicle on April 7, 2015, without his father’s permission and to being in possession of heroin on that date.
    The case was investigated by Officers G. Laoudis, M. Haggerty and M. Puccio of the Andover Township Police Department.
    May 2
    Amanda Walters. 37, of Sussex, having been convicted of a sexual offense requiring the imposition of the special sentence of Community Supervision for Life, pleaded guilty to two counts of violating the conditions of supervision, third-degree Offenses.
    Kyle Lee, 41, of Passaic pleaded guilty to conspiracy, a third-degree crime, and theft, a third-degree crime.
    Setencing is scheduled for Sept. 2.
    In pleading guilty, the defendant admitted to conspiring with his co-defendant and agreeing to obtain possession of a check issued to another and to fraudulently convert same to their own use.
    The case was investigated by Detective Robert VanderPloeg of the Franklin Borough Police Department.
    Quincy Swinson, 28, of East Orange, having previously registered as a sex offender, pleaded guilty to one count of failure to register, a third-degree offense.
    Sentencing is scheduled for June 17.
