ROCKAWAY — Century 21 Christel Realty recently added Kim Loizzi to its team of real estate sales professionals serving consumers in the Northern New Jersey area.
Licensed as a full-time realtor since 2005, Kim brings her 11+ years of real estate experience to Century 21 Christel Realty. She has worked in sales for over 35 years and, prior to becoming a realtor, Kim worked as a kitchen and bath designer. Kim’s prior work experience has enabled her to develop strong organizational, technical and interpersonal skills which are essential to a real estate career. Kim specializes in First-Time Home Buyers, Step-up Home Buyers, Lakefronts, Estates, Farms, and Second/Vacation Homes.

Loizzi has been a Sussex County resident for 12 years and currently resides in Wantage Township with her husband and 3 children. When not working, she enjoys cooking, traveling and volunteering her time to the community. She is a member of the Garden State Multiple Listing Service, the Sussex County Association of Realtors, the New Jersey Association of Realtors, and the National Association of Realtors.
In 2012, Loizzi earned the prestigious Certified Negotiation Expert (CNE) designation placing her in the top 1% of Realtors nationwide. Sje achieved the Short Sale Foreclosure Specialist Certification in 2009 and the coveted Accredited Buyer’s Representative designation in 2006. The ABR designation is the benchmark of excellence in buyer representation.
