HAMBURG — Ali Bannon and Brittany McKay, representatives of the Sussex Fire Department recently brought a donation of Star Wars items and $1000.35 from their St. Baldrick’s fundraiser to Malaki Thomas, third-grade student at Hamburg School.
Thomas who was diagnosed with PNET (primitive neuroectodermal tumor) was designated as their Honor Child during the fire department’s fundraiser.
