    Jessica Pintueles, 22, of Hopatcong was sentenced to two years of non-custodial probation. She was ordered to complete 100 hours of community service work with credit for 25 hours already performed.
    She must write a letter of apology to the victim within 15 days and was ordered to make restitution of $150. She must pay total fines and penalties of $155.
    She pleaded guilty on Feb. 8, to criminal trespass, a fourth-degree crime, conspiracy to distribute marijuana, a fourth-degree crime, and theft, a disorderly persons offense.
    Defendant conspired with another to distribute marijuana on Jan. 12, 2015, in Hopatcong. On Sept. 4, 2015, she entered a Hopatcong home and took a container filled with change (U.S. currency).
    March 28
    Michael J. Krajci, 46, of Franklin pleaded guilty to third-degree possession of a controlled dangerous substance.
    Sentencing is scheduled for May 13.
    The defendant admitted to being in possession of crack cocaine, which was found by Franklin police when they were investigating a possible theft.
    Lori A. Williams, of Dingmans Ferry, Pa., pleaded guilty to two counts of second-degree endangering the welfare of a child, second-degree theft, and two counts of third-degree possession of a controlled dangerous substance.
    Sentencing is scheduled for May 27.
    The defendant admitted that while she was working as a bookkeeper she would write checks to herself and tampered her employer’s checking ledger so as not to get caught. She also opened an unauthorized credit card account for the business and charged various items on the card. This continued for over a period of time between October 2013 and March of 2015 and totaled over $85,000.
    The defendant also admitted to being in possession of heroin in her motor vehicle while having two minor children with her.
    Andre Chavarria, 40, of Newton pleaded guilty to driving while license is suspended for second or subsequent DWI violation, a fourth-degree crime, and the motor vehicle offenses of driving while intoxicated (third offense), and failure to keep right.
    Sentencing is scheduled for May 13.
    On July 11, 2015, a police officer executed a motor vehicle stop upon observing the defendant crossing the double-yellow line and the fog line. In pleading guilty, the defendant admitted not having a driver license because of a driving while intoxicated conviction and he admitted to driving while intoxicated (third offense) and failing to stay within his lane of travel.

    Jack Elston, 38, of Newton was sentenced to five years probation, 364 days in the county jail, 115 days jail credit for time served and $155 in mandatory court fines.
    He pleaded guilty on Feb. 8, 2016, to the third degree crime of failure to register as a sex offender.
