Regina T. Unnold

Regina T. Unnold, 88, passed away on Tuesday, March 29, 2016, at Bristol Glen, Newton, N.J. Regina was born on June 16, 1927, in New York City to the late Mathias and Mae (nee Lynch) Gengler. Regina was a resident of Westfield, N.J., for 30 years before moving to Hardyston Township, N.J.
Regina was an executive assistant for the AIG Insurance Company of New York for many years before retiring. She was a member of the Warwick Valley Quilter Guild, Warwick, N.Y.
Regina was predeceased by her husband of 51 years, Francis Leroy Unnold in 2007.
Regina is survived by her children; Robert M. Unnold of Stamford, Conn., and Carolyn Riley of Slate Hill, N.Y., and her grandchildren; Christine and Nicholas Unnold, Andrew Riley and Allison Vreeland, and her great-grandsons; Levi, Tucker, Aidan, Nolan, and her sister-in-law, Norma Barth.
The family will receive their friends at Ferguson-Vernon Funeral Home 241 Rt. 94, Vernon, NJ, on Friday April 1, from 4-8 p.m. and from the funeral home on Saturday April 2nd at 9:30 a.m. for a 10:30 a.m. Mass of Christian Burial at St. Jude the Apostle RC Church, Hamburg, N.J. Interment to follow at Glenwood Cemetery, Vernon, NJ. Memorial gifts in lieu of flowers to St. Jude the Apostle RC Church.
