Amelia Niemira

Amelia Niemira, 86 died Tuesday Feb. 9, 201,6 at Barn-Hill Care Center in Newton. Ms. Niemira, daughter of the late Joseph and Veronica (Yablouska) Niemira was born in Paterson June 30, 1929. She was a lifelong resident of Paterson.

Ms. Niemira was predeceased by her brothers and sisters, Peter Niemira, Anthony Niemira, Helen Niemira and Irene Miller as well as a niece and nephew, Linda Waciura and Robert Miller. She is survived by her nieces and nephews, Ronni Izzo and her husband, Jack, of Lafayette, Amy O’Neill and her husband, Larry, of Vernon Twp, Stanley Niemira of Wayne, Nancy Miller of Dingman’s Ferry, Pa., and Myron Waciura of Oak Ridge and many great nieces and great nephews.

A memorial service will be held Thursday, Feb. 11, 2016 at 7:30 p.m. at F. John Ramsey Funeral Home, One Main St. Franklin.
