American Legion post to sell trees

OAK RIDGE — The American Legion Post 423 will sell Christmas trees this year at the enclosure at the front of the Post Home on 28 Legion Road.

Parking is available adjacent to the enclosure.

The trees are 5-7 feet tall and 7-8 feet tall. The smaller trees are $35 and the larger trees $45.

The sales will begin on Saturday, Dec. 5, during the "Christmas in the Village" celebration and will continue until Christmas. The hours for the sale will be 9 a.m. to dusk on Saturdays and Sundays and during the week from 4-6 p.m.

Members of the Legion and the Sons of the American Legion will deliver the tree at no extra cost.

Proceeds from the sale will be used to support community programs sponsored by the Legion.
