SCCC plans Fish n' Chips dinner

NEWTON — Sussex County Community College Veteran’s Office will hold a Fish n’ Chips dinner on Saturday, Dec. 5 from 6 p.m.-8 p.m., at the American Legion in Newton.

It will be sponsored by the SCCC Foundation. Proceeds from this event will go towards support for SCCC student veterans.

Tastefully British will be prepare the meal for the evening. Ticket prices are $15 for adults and $10 for children 10-and-under. Dinner includes a fish and chips dinner, along with soft drinks. The SCCC Veteran’s Club will be on hand to assist in serving the meals. There will be a 50/50 raffle and silent auction during the event. A cash bar also will be available.
