Seminar planned on navigating health care

| 24 Nov 2015 | 12:35

Does the complex maze of health insurance options make you want to forget it all together and stick your head in the sand?

Most people struggle to process the mountains of information and choices offered. If you’re confused by the many considerations or even if you qualify for health insurance or support; perhaps a translator would help. There will be a presentation and convesation with NORWESCAP's Affordable Care Act Specialist Terri Seibert on Thursday, Dec. 3, at 7 p.m. in the Atrium in Franklin.

Seibert spends her time helping people understand the Affordable Care Act Insurance Marketplace. She can discuss many aspects of Government Health Plans, such as Medicare and Medicaid, and N.J. Family Care as well.

If you’re overwhelmed by the insurance marketplace, you’re not alone. Seibert will help navigate it from a consumer point of view. She will demystify how Health Insurance is “Affordable”, and review the Free and Essential Health Benefits that promote wellness.

For more information, feel free to call 973-862-1939.

The seminar will be held at Franklin Health & Wellness at 406 Route 23 North, Franklin, New Jersey. It’s the old Morley Shirt Factory right off Route 23. Refreshments will be served and the seminar is offered to the public at no charge.
