Straus News honors longtime employees

Straus News, the parent company of The Sparta Independent, recently honored its longtime employees. Pictured from left are, Marketing Managers Mary Marchese and Barbara Gray, Publisher Jeanne Straus and Managing Editor Linda Smith Hancharick. Each of the three shown with the publisher has worked at Straus News for 20 years. Other employees with the company five, 10 and 15 years were also recognized at the dinner held Thursday, Nov. 19, at the Lamp Post Inn in Sussex.
