Nov. 17Gennifer L. Martin, 39 and Samuel v. Kirkpatrick, 35, both, of Franklin were charged with distribution of heroin, distribution of heroin within a school zone and distribution within 500 feet of a public building after Franklin police responded to mulitple complaints of narcotics activity around Main Street and Brick Row.

Martin also was charged with possessing a substance to defraud a drug test.

Police allege Kirkpatrick was found to be in possession of heroin and cocaine and Martin is alleged to have had lodged/concealed heroin, a substance used to defraud a drug test, and Suboxone in a body cavity.

They were sent to the Sussex County Jail in lieu of $125,000 bail with no 10 percent option.
