Professor to discuss non-medicinal psychotherapies

    The Sussex County affiliate of the National Alliance on Mental illness will welcome Sussex County Community College psychology Professor Richard Linden will discuss non-medicinal psychotherapies on Thursday, Dec. 3, at 7 p.m.

    Professor Linden will review a wide range of psychotherapies available to address a wide variety of psychological concerns. The methodologies he will cover will include Positive Behavior Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Dialectical Behavior Therapy, Interpersonal Therapy, Family Therapy, and more.
