Marilyn T. Demarest

    Marilyn T. Demarest, 86, died Saturday, Oct. 31, 2015, at Compassionate Care Hospice in Dover. Mrs. Demarest, daughter of the late Warren and Evelyn (Matthews) Forbes was born Oct. 25, 1929.

    Mrs. Demarest was a dental assistant in Butler. She was also an active participant at the Franklin Senior Center.

    Mrs. Demarest is survived by her daughters, Dianne Serafin of Ogdensburg and Patricia Hunsucker of Fort Myers, Fla.; three grandchildren and four great-grandchildren.

    A memorial service will be held Saturday, Nov. 7, 2015, at 3 p.m. at F. John Ramsey Funeral Home, 1 Main St., Franklin. Friends may call at the funeral home Saturday one hour prior to the service, from 2-3 p.m. In lieu of flowers memorial donations may be made to Compassionate Care Hospice 350 Sparta Ave. Bldg.
