Personality disorder discussion planned

    NEWTON — The Sussex County affiliate of the National Alliance on Mental Illness (NAMI) will host a presentation and discussion on Borderline Personality Disorder on Thursday, Nov. 5 at 7 p.m.

    This mental health disorder has historically been widely misunderstood and stigmatized, even by mental health professionals. However, current research and evidence-based treatments have helped many find their road to recovery.

    The program will be held at Bridgeway, 93 Stickles Pond Rd., Newton, N.J. The public is welcome to attend free of charge. For information or directions, call 973-214-0632.
