Machinery Repairman 3rd Class Thomas Dugan, from Oak Ridge, fabricates a pipe using an engine lathe aboard the amphibious dock landing ship USS Oak Hill on Oct. 16. Oak Hill, deployed as part of the Kearsarge Amphibious Ready Group, is conducting naval operations in the U.S. 6th Fleet area of operations in support of U.S. national security interests in Europe.
