    Sept. 15Luis R. Rodriguez, 36, was indicted on four counts of second-degree endangering the welfare of a child and six counts of fourth-degree aggravated assault.

    The case was presented to the grand jury by Assistant Prosecutor Seana Pappas. Arraignment is planned within the next several weeks.

    The matter was investigated by the New Jersey state police.

    Michael Johnson, 22, of North Brunswick pleaded guilty to one count of first-degree robbery.

    Sentencingg is scheduled for Nov. 13.

    Johnson admitted his participation in the robbery committed in December 2013 in Green Township with 5 other co-defendants. This matter was investigated by the Sussex County Prosecutor’s Office and the New Jersey state police.

    Sept. 18Danielle L. Enman, 28, of Sussex borough was sentenced to 2 years of probation. She was ordered to submit to TASC and mental health evaluations and follow all recommendations made, attend I.D.R.C. classes, her driver’s license was revoked for 24 months and she must use an ignition interlock device for 12 months. She must pay mandatory fees, fines and penalties and submit a DNA sample at her expense.

    She pleaded guilty on June 22 to third-degree eluding and the motor vehicle offenses of driving while intoxicated, speeding and disregarding a stop sign. On March 28, the defendant was observed operating her vehicle in an erratic manner. When police attempted to stop her, Enman initially fled and then stopped after a short pursuit. The matter was investigated by Patrolman Palmisano of the Vernon Township Police Department.

    Phillip Casillo, 50, of Highland Lakes was sentenced to 180 days in the Keogh-Dwyer Correctional Facility and two years of probation. He also must undergo a TASC evaluation and follow all recommendations and pay mandatory court fines and fees.

    He pleaded guilty on May 15, to driving while suspended for a second or subsequent DWI, a crime of the fourth degree.

    In September of 2014, the defendant was involved in a motor vehicle accident. At the time of the accident, he was intoxicated and was driving with a suspended license for a second or subsequent DWI.

    Kyle Mullen, 25, of Hackettstown was sentenced to 3 years of probation with credit for 6 days served. He also must undergo a TASC evaluation and follow all recommendations, submit to random urine testing and have no contact with the victim.

    He pleaded guilty on July 13 to attempted fraudulent use of a credit card, a crime of the third degree.

    The defendant admitted to trying to use a credit card at an ATM in Byram and when the incorrect pin was entered, the transaction was cancelled. The credit card belonged to a former employer of Mullen’s.

    Sept. 21David G. Conover, 24, of Hopatcong pleaded guilty to resisting arrest, a fourth-degree crime, and obstructing administration of law, a disorderly person offense.

    Sentencing is scheduled for Nov. 13.

    On June 16, 2015, in Hopatcong, he purposely attempted to prevent law enforcement officers from affecting an arrest, specifically by locking the front door of the house thereby preventing officers from entering, jumping out the back window of the house, and running from officers, knowing he had three outstanding warrants.

    Andrew Sojka, 35, of Millersburg, Pa., pleaded guilty to fourth-degree unlawful taking of a means of conveyance, a disorderly person offense, failure to turn over a controlled dangerous substance to authorities and the motor vehicle offenses of driving with a suspended license and speeding.

    Sentencing is scheduled for Nov. 13.

    On May 13, in Wantage, the defendant was pulled over for speeding. A search of the vehicle revealed drug paraphernalia with heroin residue and the vehicle Sojka was driving was revealed as having been stolen. The matter was investigated by Trooper Wawzyanick of the New Jersey state police.

    Sept. 22Morgan Ivory, 32, of Franklin pleaded guilty to one count of first-degree armed robbery.

    Sentencing is presently anticipated for Nov. 13.

    Ivory admitted her participation in the robbery committed in December 2013 in Green Township with 5 other co-defendants. This matter was investigated by the Sussex County Prosecutor’s Office and the New Jersey state police.

    Elizabeth Cooper, 21, of Princeton pleaded guilty to one count of first-degree armed robbery.

    Sentencing is scheduled for Nov. 13.

    Cooper admitted her participation in the robbery committed in December 2013 in Green Township with 5 other co-defendants. This matter was investigated by the Sussex County Prosecutor’s Office and the New Jersey state police.
