All-new magic classes commence at Sparta Avenue Stage

SPARTA — Starting Tuesday, Sept. 8, Master Magician and sleight of hand artist Bill Wisch, returns to the Sparta Avenue stage to teach an all new set of magic classes for youth and adults.

Wisch’s previous class taught sleight of hand magic and is not a prerequisite for this class. This new set of classes is focused on “ETD” magic and will feature unique tricks that utilize time tested magic techniques/apparatus considered easier to do.

Wisch states that these 8 weeks of classes “will make anyone, from beginner to seasoned pro, shake their heads and say, 'You mean I can actually do that?'"

Much of the featured magic are adaptations of his favorite original routines. The classes will consist of demonstrations, tutorials and break-out sessions for group work. Magician Joe Garsetti will be assisting the class.

Two different classes will meet on Tuesdays evenings starting Sept. 8. Youth classes, for ages 8-14 years, will meet from 5 to 6 p.m. and adult classes from 7:30 to 9 p.m. Classes cost $150 for youth and $175 for adults. All materials will be supplied.
