Joseph Musciotto

    Joseph Musciotto, 88, passed away Monday, April 13, 2015. Mr. Musciotto, son of the late Anthony and Sophie (Lazarski) Musciotto, was born in Clifton on Oct. 5, 1926. He resided in Clifton for 34 years, moving to Hardyston Twp. 17 years ago.

    Mr. Musciotto was a graduate of Pace University in New York. He was a sales representative for Metropolitan Life Insurance Co. in Fair Lawn for more than 25 years, retiring in 1991. Upon his retirement, he worked as a letter carrier for the Franklin Lakes Post Office for 10 years. Mr. Musciotto was a parishioner of St. Jude The Apostle RC Church in Hamburg.

    Mr. Musciotto was a U.S. Army WWII veteran. He enjoyed working in the yard, gardening, fishing and hunting.

    He is survived by his loving wife, Elizabeth T. (Foster) Musciotto; children, Paula of Hardyston, Joseph of Alpharetta, Ga., Robert of Hardyston and Gary of Clifton, as well as his grandchildren, Amanda, Matthew and Alexis.
