OAK RIDGE — Dawn O'Malley, financial adviser at Edward Jones, will help visitors gain basic knowledge and an understanding of their options at "Rules of the Road: Investing," a free 45-minute seminar at the Jefferson Township Public Library on Wednesday, Nov. 5 at 7 p.m.
