The Jefferson Township Recreation Dept. will continue its adult Hatha yoga programs under the instruction of Linda Mangan.

An adult basic Beginner Yoga Class to learn yoga postures, principles of safe alignment, and breathing technique is open to new beginners, those with limited yoga experience, or anyone just wanting to take it slow and steady.
