— K.E.E.P., Inc. announced the appointment of Vanessa Bacco as one of their two new program managers.

Bacco has been working with children for over six years.

Because of her passion for childcare, she earned her CDA certification and her associate’s degree in child development from Sussex County Community College.

She also holds an associate’s degree in liberal arts with a minor in elementary education, and she plans to earn her certification for early childhood and high school-age teaching at Centenary College.

Born and raised in Lafayette, Bacco joined the K.E.E.P. family in the fall of 2011. She received the Employee of the Month award twice between Feb. 2012 and May 2014.

Bacco excelled as a site supervisor before her recent promotion to program manager, where she will use her talents to create curriculum plans for K.E.E.P. sites throughout the county.

K.E.E.P. is a childcare provider in Sussex County and offers 15 after school and 12 before school programs located in 16 different schools throughout Sussex County. Holiday K.E.E.P., Snow Day K.E.E.P., and Summer K.E.E.P. are additional programs available to school-aged children. L’il KEEPers is a program available to children ages six weeks to six years.

K.E.E.P. accepts Norwescap rates without charging excess fees.
