Rave On will play at the Jefferson Township Municipal Complex on Friday, Aug. 15, in the gazebo, beginning at 7 p.m.

The concert is sponsored by the Jefferson Arts Committee.

Rave On features the music of Buddy Holly, with such memorable hits as "That’ll be the Day", "Peggy Sue", "Not Fade Away", "Oh Boy", "It’s So Easy", and "Rave On", along with other classic early rock ‘n roll songs.

Join guitarist and lead vocalist Chris Roselle to listen and dance to the music that paved the way for rock ‘n roll influencing the Beatles, Roy Orbison, The Rolling Stones, Boy Dylan, Bruce Springsteen, and countless other artists. They’ve performed at the Warwick Valley Winery, the Hopewell Valley Vineyards, and in summer concert series all over New Jersey. Log on to www.raveonband.com for more information.

Attendees are asked to bring a blanket or chair for their comfort; and non-alcoholic beverages, picnic dinners, and snacks are permitted on the grounds unless the concert is moved indoors due to weather conditions. In the event of inclement weather, the concert will be moved indoors to the Jefferson Township High School auditorium, 1010 Weldon Road. For information and updates, call 973-697-2032 or 697-3828, log on to www.jeffersonarts.org or www.jeffersontownship.net
