Police: Ogdensburg man stole baby formula from Franklin Walmart

FRANKLIN — An Ogdensburg man faces charges after allegedly shoplifting baby formula from the Franklin Walmart.

Thomas M. Curtin, 26, was charged with shoplifting.

Curtin was arrested on Monday after police said he was identified from a bulletin put out by a Morris County agency from a previous arrest. Police said Curtin concealed baby formula in a black backpack he brought into the store with him before leaving the premesis without paying for the merchandise on July 17.

Curtin was processed and released with a summons complaint pending an appearance in Franklin Borough Municipal Court.
